Pulmonologie

The aim of our research is to gain a better understanding of tumor heterogeneity in lung cancer through innovative biomarker research, thereby enabling us to identify the biological basis of this disease more precisely. Another focus is active participation in national and international drug studies on lung cancer, with a particular emphasis on new therapeutic approaches in immuno-oncology. The aim is to gain a better understanding of cancer in order to develop personalized and more effective treatment strategies for patients. In addition, our research is dedicated to emphysema research in order to elucidate cross-disease correlations in lung diseases.
